Note: GauchoMUN XV is open to high school students only. Background guides for GauchoMUN XV have been released.

Regular Registration: November 17th, 2023 - January 2nd, 2024

• Per delegate: $45

• Delegation fee: $60

Late Registration: January 3rd, 2024 - January 21st, 2024

• Per delegate: $55

• Delegation fee: $70

Any team wishing to register for the conference after January 21st, 2024 should email gaucho@ucsbmun.org. Approvals will be issued at the discretion of Secretariat.

Refund Policy:

1. Delegate fees for changes on or before January 1st, 2024 are eligible for a 100% refund.

2. Delegate fees for changes from January 2nd - January 20th, 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Delegate fees for changes after January 20th, 2024 are non-refundable.

4. Delegation fees are non-refundable.
